Cheese Pat�
A blend of cheddar and soft cheese makes a good pat�, suitable for vegetarians too.
Ingredients
Serves: 2
100 Gram Reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated (3 1/2 oz)
100 Gram Skimmed milk soft cheese (3 1/2 oz)
2 Tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped
1/2 Lemon, zest only
Method
Mix the cheeses with 1 tablespoon of the chives and the lemon zest.
Wrap in greaseproof paper and shape into a roll. Chill for an hour.
Roll in the remaining chives, cut into slices and serve with salad and vegetable sticks.
